During the 2018 holiday season, Team Prevail partnered with 7 time Pro-Bowler Geno Atkins and his wife Kristen for their inaugural #AtkinsWeekOfGiving. This program helped 50-plus Ohio families by making monetary donations to pay for adoption funds, school supplies, house payments, medical bills, and so much more.
Each day between December 10-16, multiple winners were announced via a social media campaign. On Friday, December 14, 2018, The Atkins Week of Giving hosted a holiday party at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. The celebration included toys donated by Macy’s and giveaways from Chassis.
Geno was named Week 15 NFLPA Community MVP. Atkins said “While we don’t give for the recognition, it’s great to see the amount of people that are being helped through our story being told.”
The Team Prevail Initiative donates 10% of all Chassis profits to help support and provide opportunities for disadvantaged children. Whether it's finding a cure for pediatric cancers, or bringing the joy of sports to the disabled, we are proud to support causes that make a difference in the community.
